Job description About this role : We are looking for a talented and passionate Business Development Executive to join our branch team of Bakhtera Freight Worldwide, PT. Located in , Cirebon Jawa Barat, this full-time position will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive the growth and expansion of our dynamic organization. What you will do :
- Proactively seek and qualify sales leads for freight forwarding services through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals -Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals -Market, develop both Export and Import Freight Forwarding services -Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure smooth delivery -Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets What we’re looking for : -Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the Forwarding/Logistics industry -Relevant knowledge in the Forwarding/Logistics field -Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities -Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results -Drive, self-motivation and passion to achieve success -Bachelor’s degree from Transportation/logistics or equivalent in relevant field -can speak English well What we offer : At Bakhtera Freight Wordwide, PT, we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
