About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Management Representative to join our team at PT Superior Porcelain Sukses. In this full-time position, you will play a significant role in overseeing our document control and records management systems.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing, implementing and monitoring document control processes to ensure the secure and compliant management of all organisational records and documentation
- Maintaining an up-to-date filing system and archiving solution to store and retrieve documents as needed
- Conducting regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of our records
- Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations to ensure the organisation remains compliant
- Identifying opportunities to improve document control systems and processes
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree from all major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a records management or document control role, ideally in manufacture company
- Understand the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and SNI standards
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Work location: Subang (West Java)
