Lead the team & ensure the quality of dishes.
Oversee and manage kitchen staff.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Control food costs and inventory
Purchasing raw materials for kitchen needs.
Train kitchen staff on prep work and cooking techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a head chef, min 3 years
Exceptional understanding of culinary procedures.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
Excellent communication skills.
Culinary school diploma or Bachelor.
