Requirements:
- The candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in architecture
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in using architecture design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop etc.
- Able to create 3D photorealistic rendering for exterior and interior
- Having good knowledge of Indonesia building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
- Familiar with types of building structure and finishing materials
- Able to make architecture shop drawing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to speak mandarin will be a good point
