We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Automation Staff to design, develop, and implement advanced manufacturing technology as part of our transformation towards a digital factory. This position will focus on the integration and optimization of PLC and SCADA systems, ensuring a seamless digital transformation across processes while maintaining compliance with safety standards in the FMCG industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation and Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in related field from FMCG or Automotive Industries.
- Strong experience with PLC programming, HMI design, and SCADA systems.
- Knowledgeable in industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and Profibus.
- Knowledgeable in IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Knowledgeable in Robotics and the ability to troubleshoot mechatronics systems will be an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in industrial instrumentation technologies, such as pressure, temperature, and flow measurement will be an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in programming languages such as Python dan C++ will be an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement digital transformation for manufacturing processes.
- Design, develop, and implement PLC and SCADA systems for new and existing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC and SCADA systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Integrate new systems with existing ones to enhance functionality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in project planning and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in FMCG Industry
- Develop and maintain documentation related to digital transformation, PLC and SCADA systems
