About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sitac PIC/Permit PIC to join our team at PT. RJGF International Indonesia, a leading telecommunications company based in West Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of site acquisition and permit processing, ensuring seamless installations and expansions of our telecommunications infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate and manage the site acquisition process, including identifying suitable locations, negotiating lease agreements, and liaising with relevant authorities
- Oversee the permit application and approval process, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and approvals are obtained in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and local government agencies to streamline the permit and installation process
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to site acquisition and permits
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the site acquisition and permit process
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role within FTTH handling cluster permit
- Strong understanding of site acquisition and permit processes, including familiarity with local regulations and requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficient in project management, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
