Production Shift Head (Injection Molding)
Job Description:
- To supervise the limited production cells to achieve, output, quality and delivery as target.
- To organize the changes. Mold change, Colour change and Worker change during breaktime.
- To record production data into computer.
- To evaluate the production data. To investigate the root cause of problem and establish the corrective action, educate the worker.
- To provide materials, tools and equipment’s for production operation.
- To communicate with previous and next shift Leader delivering all information needed.
- To participate in the briefing of beginning shift and other trainings requested by company.
- To supervise 6S in the cell/ acc. to Cell layout and WI.
- To Process other work as instructed by superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/Polytechnic degree in a technical field
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in the related field (Injection Molding/Plastic Injection/Production Engineering/Production Mold)
- Understand Injection Molding and Mold, Quality Mindset, and Leadership or People Management (Experience in an Injection Molding company is a priority)
- Fluency in English (both oral and written)
- Computer literate
- Skilled in Trouble-shooting Analysis & able to work as a Trainer
- Knowledge of environmental aspect identification, impact assessment, and control
- Broad understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3)
- Fundamental knowledge of safe work practices
