About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at ION Network, a leading Internet Service Provider in West Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned client accounts
- Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively recommend solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Identify new opportunities for expanding existing client relationships and securing new business
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through effective account management
- Provide regular updates and reporting on account performance to senior management
- Contribute to the development of strategic account plans and initiatives
What we’re looking for
- Fresh graduate or experienced in an account management or sales role, preferably within the internet service provider or telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively address client concerns
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track and measure account performance
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
