Job Description :
- Develop and implement Strategic Planning Related to Business include Sales, Financial Performance, New Product Development, Manage Handover process, etc.
- Responsible for solving problems that occur in residential projects.
- Plan, manage, and control the residential project’s cash flow.
- Monitor the readiness of documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor the quality of houses, shops, and infrastructure by QCC and other teams.
- Manage all human resource processes and procedures provide leadership and direction.
Qualification
- Maximum age: 45 years old.
- Preferable Education: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture & Management
- Experienced as a project manager or general manager for property developers in the Landed Project / real estate / housing.
- Leadership is a must.
- Good communication skills.
