Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully manage the construction site to ensure the project is completed on schedule, safely, and with high quality
2. Coordinate with construction teams, supervision units, and other related parties to drive project progress and resolve site issues
3. Monitor the implementation of construction quality and safety management measures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
4. Manage on-site construction personnel, optimize construction processes, and improve work efficiency
5. Participate in project meetings, report construction progress, and provide improvement solutions
6. Maintain good communication with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
1. 5-10 years of experience in project site management with strong construction management capabilities
2. Experience in industrial plant construction is preferred
3. Familiar with construction procedures, regulations, and safety management requirements
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage construction teams effectively
5. Adaptable to on-site working environments and willing to travel or be stationed at the site for long periods
6. Proficiency in both Indonesian and English is required.
