Basic Requirements:
- Minimum education is S1 Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar field.
- Work experience of at least 3 years in the same position.
- Have a strong leadership spirit, resilient, able to work together in a team, able to solve problems, think analytically, and be able to make decisions.
- Strong understanding CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), safety codes, and regulations, master the fields of PLC, Utility, Mechanical & Electrical.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in textile operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leading all preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance.
- Identify and rectify process and competency gaps within internal teams to ensure operational stability in production and quality.
- Building a high performing maintenance team to ensure company’s visions and goals are met.
- Prioritize and oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations.
- Enhance and monitor performance indicator such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR
- Capacity to troubleshoot maintenance problems and offer efficient solutions.
- Overseeing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
- Partner with all business units/teams to achieve KPIs, goals, mission – vision and Corporate Culture.
