Assisting in the job responsibilities of the Hub Leader
Mapping courier delivery areas
Monitoring the handling and delivery process
Monitoring incoming packages
Ensuring there is no backlog
Ensuring all incoming packages are scanned in and out
Ensuring the COD failure delivery rate remains low
Ensuring the lost package rate remains low
Ensuring the First Expired, First Out (FEFO) system is implemented
Ensuring all packages are properly stock-counted
