Requirements :
Bachelor of Mechanical Enginnering, Electrical Enginnering, or related field
Have 5 Years experience in maintenance and risk management field
Strong analysis of quality machine company production
Able to wor as team and good knowledge of relevant in Poultry
Willing to mobile ( All site West Java)
Job Descriptions :
Prepare and coordinate with his subordinates for all work instruction and guidelines procedure at this section and ensure accurate implementation thereof.
Follow up the implementation of Preventive Maintenance schedule.
To handling Engineering,Electrical,Wiring and Utility Section
Have Experience in Poultry Industry
Prepare monthly expenses consumption with the detail reason if the consumption over budget.
Prepare monthly capex consumption with the detail reason if the consumption over budget.
Prepare monthly downtime with the detail reason also what action have been taken to eliminate the problem.
To control the consumption of spare part and consumable within the budget and reduce dead stock.
Provides, sets and reviews/evaluates regularly the standard of maintenance procedures and makes appropriate and minimizes costly down time/break down.
Attends promptly the breakdown equipment, prepares a detail analysis of the root cause of the problems and makes correction and corrective action required to solve the problem.
Participates in the evaluation of process problems and coordinates with production group in recommending Correction and corrective action required by tracing instrument parameter.
Prepares schedules, implement and supervises annual plant shut down maintenance concerning to mechanical,Electrical,Utility Section.
Formulates implements and follow up training program for his subordinates in order to maintain and improve their technical competence
Coordinates with other section of maintenance and production concerning stopping, starting and performance testing of the plant equipment to ensure smooth operation for plant
Creates working atmosphere that encouraging his subordinates to do work with willingness and enthusiasm.
Inspires and motivates his subordinates willingly like to take any required action to prevent any unscheduled stopping of the plant equipment
Trains his subordinates to apply the logical thinking proves in making judgments and decisions during trouble shooting of any problem to prevent any delay in the repair of the plant equipment
Organizes and provide necessary support to his subordinates to ensure that all work schedules and quality will meet within standard.
Leads and directs his subordinates to implement company rules and safety regulation and conduct investigation whenever infractions or offenses are incurred by his subordinates.
Develops and maintain a program to motivate all personnel under his supervision to implement a good housekeeping safe working condition.
Assigns responsibilities among this team to ensure that all tools, equipment, documents, instruction manual and other materials under his custody are well maintained and safeguard.
Enforces and participates actively in the implementation of the management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, SMK3, Halal, 5S, Safety) and other that may be administrated by the company.
