Job Descriptions:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and management systems in compliance with laws and regulations standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across the facility identify hazards and ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken.
Oversee environmental compliance programs related to waste management, emissions, water usage, and chemical handling across all project sites.
Lead investigations into incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions produce root cause analyses and follow-up reports.
Deliver training and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture among all employees, contractors, and visitors.
Coordinate emergency response planning, drills, and readiness programs for fire safety, evacuation, and spill response.
Track, analyze, and report HSE performance data (KPIs, LTIs, TRIR, etc.) to support internal/external audits.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace ergonomics, noise, dust control, and overall environmental sustainability.
Ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements during all on-site operations and construction activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Have min 5 years of experience in HSE with at least 2 years in managerial level.
Proven experience in managing safety in an industrial estate or large-scale production facility is preferred.
Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of law and regulation of HSE standards.
Certified Safety Officer in accordance with Indonesian regulations (e.g., AK3 Umum certified) is required international certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and detail oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE management software/systems.
High integrity is a must.
