We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller Supervisor to join our team a multinational manufacture company in west java 1 hours from Jakarta.
What you’ll be doing
Responsible for Planning Yearly budget in line with Head Quarter requests
Manage a team of financial professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Oversee the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making
Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business performance
Stay up to date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices, and implement necessary changes within the organization
Lead the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Mentor and develop the financial team, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles
What we’re looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar as financial controller supervisor, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance, or MBA in Finance.
Strong analytical thinking and understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data effectively
Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as SAP & Microsoft excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of financial professionals
