Responsibilities
Manage entire project lifecycle from design, submittals, procurement, and construction to handover.
Monitor and control project elements to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
Identify contractual discrepancies and perform risk mitigation on technical and site aspects.
Coordinate with internal teams (BD, Tender, Cost Control, Service) to ensure smooth execution.
Liaise with consultants, data center owners, and building landlords for compliance and approvals.
Oversee subcontractors, M&E systems, and ensure testing & commissioning meet high standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management (preferably with contractor or consultancy).
PMP certification is a plus.
Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge in power systems (UPS, DRUPS, etc.).
Willing to travel as needed.
