Key Responsibilities/Duties
1. Acquire new Mitra and maintain relationships with existing Mitra to Increase Transactions within Apps.
2. Educate and encourage Mitra to increase transactions.
3. Conduct regular visits to Mitra to strengthen engagement and support business growth.
4. Identify and analyze Mitra’s needs to provide suitable solutions and recommendations.
5. Resolve issues and concerns raised by Mitra in a timely and professional manner.
6. Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Industry/Field Expertise
experience in sales operations, preferably in retail, FMCG, virtual product, or financial technology.
