Job Description:
Documents financial transactions by recording it to appropriately into the financial statements.
Analyzing financial data.
Summarizes financial status by collecting information preparing periodic reports of the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and others.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Complies with legal requirements by studying relevant existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence of financial records and statements to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Organize and maintain financial records.
Suggest ways to reduce costs, improve operating efficiency, enhance revenues, and improve profits.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc. for management and shareholders.
Presenting data to directors by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
Conduct month-end and year-end close process.
Audit all financial transactions through examining relevant documents and document accounting control procedures.
Keep all information confidential and secure all information with regular database backups.
Requirements:
Must Possess an Excellent Academic Record
Bachelor’s degree in any majors from reputable university
Minimum has 5 years of working experience in IPO processes
Discipline of Degree Must be Business/Economics with a major in Accounting and/or Finance
Have strong relationship with Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), and all Indonesian Bank
Experience to managing and handling companies that have managed Initial Public Offering (IPO)/go public
Possesses relevant work experience.
Experience using Finance Software.
Not required, but preferred:
1. Possesses CPA, CMA, and/or CFA license
2. Experience in IPO companies/ IPO processes
