This position will later act as Quality Improvement & Laboratory Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Industry, Fist Technology, Agriculture, Science (Biology/Chemist).
Min. 3 years of experiences as a QA Manager or 5 years as QA Supervisor in the food industry, spesifically Frozen Food Processing, is required.
Deep Understanding & Implement GMP+, SSOP, HACCP, VACCP, and FSC 22000 – Halal Assurance System + B39.
Willing to be placed in Malang (3 months observation) and permanent placement in Majalengka
Job Description:
Lead the development of strategies and processes to ensure that product quality and customer satisfaction are maintained, while driving continuous improvement of products, processes and services.
Ensure quality assurance operational objectives are met by implementing a high standards of GMP and HACCP food safety management systems.
Act as company’s expert on quality management and provide any necessary training and advice to the team to ensure that they pursue the objectives of total quality management and continuous improvement.
Undertake all necessary research to keep abreast of developments in Total Quality Management (TQM) and continuous improvement to ensure that the company maintains its competitive position.
Develop processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement in all company operations and minimize waste.
Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits i.e GMP, HACCP, and Halal Assurance System.
Manage laboratory operational (Physical, Chemical and Microbiology) including operational budgets (CAPEX, OPEX)
