About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PT Anugerah Citra Walet Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT support department and ensuring the smooth running of our technology infrastructure. Based in West Java, this position is a critical part of our organisation’s technology and service delivery strategy.
What you’ll be doing
Supervise and manage a team of IT support technicians, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and technical support to our usersMonitor and maintain the performance and availability of our IT systems, networks, and devicesTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely mannerImplement and update IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and securityCollaborate with other departments to understand their technology requirements and provide tailored solutionsManage and prioritise IT support requests and projects to meet organisational goalsProvide regular reports and updates to management on the status of IT operationsParticipate in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiativesMentor and train junior IT support technicians to develop their skills and expertiseWhat we’re looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT support or IT management role, preferably in the Help Desk & IT Support industryStrong technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting various IT systems, networks, and applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with users and stakeholdersProven ability to lead and motivate a team of IT support techniciansFamiliarity with IT service management best practices and frameworksProblem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issuesProficient in project management and prioritisation skillsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldWhat we offer
