Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree (S-1) in any major, Communication or Marketing are preferable.
Age between 23 – 35 years old.
Experienced as Casual Leasing Mall or Commercial area for at least 2 years.
Proficiency in marketing and selling exhibition space.
Possess good relationship with potential tenants (food and Beverage) and event organizer .
Good communication and networking.
familiarity with sales targets.
Able to work under pressure.
Candidate should be willing to work in Bekasi or Cibitung Area.
Responsibilities:
Actively looking for participants (tenants / exhibitors) to occupy the exhibition area based on the target to increase Mall’s traffic.
Fulfilling occupancy rate goals / target that have been set by the Mall management.
Establish a relationship with Organizer (EO) and tenants which has a good quality product.
Developing a sales and marketing plan to meet exhibition sales goals
Responsible for maintaining relationship and updating prospective tenants / exhibitors.
Preparing the lease of empty areas for rent to tenants / exhibitors.
Liaise with tenants to ensure proper loading and unloading.
Preparing offers and proposals for clients.
