About the Role
Supreme Paper Solution is looking for a skilled and experienced Instrument/ Electrician Technician to join our team in Subang, West Java. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our advanced instrumentation and control systems to ensure the efficient operation of our paper manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections, calibrations, and preventive maintenance on various instrumentation equipment including flow meters, transmitters, sensors, and control valves
Carry out instrumentation maintenance such as sensor and interlock checks, packing replacement, and actuator diagnostics (valves, cylinders, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve faults in control systems and instrumentation to minimize downtime
Support the installation and commissioning of new instrumentation equipment
Understand and apply the basic principles of instrument systems
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for all maintenance and troubleshooting activities
Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure optimal system performance
Willing to work in a shift-based environment
Requirements
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) education, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role 3+ years in instrumentation within the paper or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial instrumentation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
High attention to detail and proper documentation practices
