Basic Requirement:
Minimum S1 from any major.
More than 5 years experience as a HR & GA Manager in a corporation
Strong leadership, teamwork, problem solving and decision making capabilities.
Strong project management skills ability to lead projects at a network level to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right results
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Have knowledge of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health).
Able to manage vendors and third parties.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and GA administration system.
Experience in manufacturing operations is a preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects and strategic plans for the employee program runs and provides effective output
Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity of HR team and GA team resulting in business improvement, manager effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Prioritize and oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations.
Oversee and manage all general operational activities, including fleet transportation, canteen operations, and site environment to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.
Manage budgeting and cost control for all general affairs functions, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial oversight.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying operational inefficiencies and leading cost-saving efforts aligned with company goals.
Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment, promoting health and safety practices and maintaining high standards across all facilities.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE), and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
Manage the company’s security systems and personnel, ensuring all security measures, surveillance systems, and access controls are effectively implemented and maintained.
Develop and maintain emergency response protocols, including business continuity and disaster preparedness plans conduct regular drills and training sessions.
Manage inventory control and procurement of office supplies, equipment, and general services to support operational needs.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness through contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests
Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
Success in creating and driving effective employee relations, retention and reward programs
Leveraging, delivering and improving existing training content and resources collaborate with partner teams to anticipate and address emerging needs to further develop functional and managerial skills
Develop standardized process as it relates to manual work through the creation of SOPs that can be used for best practice sharing across the global organization
Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives
