Job Description:
Develop and implement strategy.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the area.
Analyze market trends.
Research and analyze market trends to make informed decisions and drive growth.
Oversee and coordinate operations.
Manage day-to-day activities, including stock control, performance management, and ensuring policies are followed.
Set and achieve sales targets.
Drive sales growth and ensure profitability within the assigned area.
Monitor and improve performance.
Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance performance.
Staff development.
Manage and mentor store managers, implementing training programs.
Communicative effectively.
Act as a liaison between store managers, upper management, and other departments.
Requirements:
Have a minimum of 3 years experience in retail with skills in training, online & offline activity planning, and sales team management in the field.
Understand store operations thoroughly and have experience implementing strategies in the field.
Minimum education S1, able to use Microsoft Office software.
Age under 35 years old
Willing to travel on business.
At lease fluent in English is a must, Mandarin would be advantages.
Having a good communication skills.
Preferably those who have a driver’s license and private vehicle.
Willing to be placed in West Java.
