About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Affair Staff to join our team at PT Preformed Line Products Indonesia in West Java. As a General Affair Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation by managing a variety of administrative and supportive duties. This is a full-time position that will allow you to contribute to the overall success of our company.
What you’ll be doing
Providing administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document management
Coordinating and arranging logistics for company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the office facilities, equipment, and supplies
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on general affairs matters
Collaborating with the HR team on various employee-related tasks, such as onboarding and benefits administration
Performing other general administrative duties as required to support the overall operations of the company
What we’re looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar general affairs or administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to priority tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication in English is a must and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common office software
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and implement process improvements
A team player with a positive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
