Job Descriptions:
Providing comprehensive HR support, including but not limited to HRIS, Recruitment, On boarding, Employee Relations, HR Policy, etc.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related needs and challenges
Assisting with the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
Contributing to the development and refinement of HR strategies, processes, and systems
Serving as a trusted partner and advisor to both employees and managers on a wide range of HR matters
Qualifications:
Minimum S1, preferably from Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a Manufacturing Industry.
Fluent in English would be an advantage
