Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 3PL warehouse facility in Majalengka, West Java. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse, driving productivity and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Majalengka.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and distributions
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, and implement corrective actions where necessary
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, security and quality standards
Oversee and manage the warehouse team, providing leadership, training and development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as logistics and customer service, to optimise operations
Identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to enhance warehouse operations
Maintain accurate inventory records and provide regular reporting to senior management
What we’re looking for
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar operations management role within the logistics or 3PL industry
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and supply chain operations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and implementing process improvements
Effective leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Relevant tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management or a related field
Will be placed in Majalengka
