Job Description:
Perform routine, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on mobile equipment based on CMMS Work Orders and maintenance procedures.
Conduct regular function tests on mechanical rotating parts and ensure compliance with standards.
Report major operational or equipment issues to the Coal & Ash Supervisor and log them in Work Orders.
Carry out periodic inspections to monitor equipment conditions and identify deficiencies.
Participate in commissioning tests during mobilization and document results in the equipment database.
Execute daily maintenance in line with Permit to Work (PTW) and company safety/environmental policies.
Maintain high standards in quality, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of maintenance work.
Accurately complete inspection check sheets and attend daily toolbox meetings.
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve complex issues on site.
Update Supervisor on fault findings, contractor work progress, repairs, methods, and man-hours.
Supervise major overhauls handled by external vendors.
Support other Coal & Ash maintenance tasks during outages or emergencies.
Prepare reports on preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Support implementation of QEHS (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety) policies and programs.
Ensure compliance with QEHS standards and contribute to system effectiveness.
Monitor QEHS performance in outsourcing, procurement, and contractor activities.
Take accountability for workplace safety and health.
Identify and manage risks and opportunities in quality, environment, and OHS areas.
Encourage worker involvement in emergency preparedness, hazard reporting, and corrective actions.
As mobile equipment equipments within Power Plant Area including:
Mobile equipment system at Coal and Ash Handling Area
Wheel Loader
Bulldozer
Dump Truck
Common mobile equipment and engine System:
Forklift for warehouse and maintenance
EDG (Emergency Diesel Engine)
Fire diesel engine
Company site operational mobile (pick up car, double cabin car, motorcycle (if any), etc)
Requirements :
Minimum Senior Technical High School (STM) majoring in Mechanical engineering graduated from accredited school, but Diploma or Bachelor Degree will be preferred
Maximum age 35 years old
Having 5 years working experiences at Coal Firing power plant/Heavy Industry and 3 years as Technician of Mobile Equipment Maintenance
Must be able to climb at least fifty (50) feet of ladder to access scaffolding, platforms and other operational areas
Ability to remain alert during extended working hours.
Having Basic English and computer (MS Office) skill is advantage
Understand in Power Plant basic process
Having high safety concern
Willing to be placed in Cirebon.
