Main Responsibilities:
Manage the updating, monitoring, and evaluation of procedures and systems related to industrial relations.
Ensure alignment with applicable Manpower Laws (UUTK) and implement any related system or policy changes within the company.
Maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Supervise and guide the attendance and payroll processes, including payroll distribution and related data accuracy.
Handle payments for employee benefits, including donations, medical treatment, and other allowances.
Manage and evaluate employee insurance claims in coordination with relevant parties.
Verify employee tax data and deductions, and prepare mandatory tax reports (e.g., PPh 21).
Periodically review and update employment contracts to ensure compliance and relevance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Supervisor or equivalent role.
Strong knowledge of labor law, PPh 21, industrial relations, and other related legal regulations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
