Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand man power needs and job requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
Utilize job boards, employee referrals, and campus hiring channels.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to develop workforce planning strategies.
Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Track metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and industry conferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management or related field.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar roles is strongly preferred.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job street).
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Willing to be placed at Nabati Plant, Majalengka, Jawa Barat (On Site)
