Basic Requirements:
Minimum education is S1 Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar field.
Work experience of at least 3 years in the same position.
Have a strong leadership spirit, resilient, able to work together in a team, able to solve problems, think analytically, and be able to make decisions.
Strong understanding CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), safety codes, and regulations, master the fields of PLC, utilities (e.g., HVAC, power, water, steam).
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience in textile operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
Review and develop all aspect utilities system
Oversee and manage all daily operations of utility.
Ensure reliable delivery and quality of utilities (e.g., HVAC, power, water, steam).
Identify and rectify process and competency gaps within internal teams to ensure operational stability in production and quality.
Building a high performing maintenance team to ensure company’s visions and goals are met.
Prioritize and oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations.
Capacity to troubleshoot maintenance problems and offer efficient solutions.
Overseeing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
Partner with all business units/teams to achieve KPIs, goals, mission – vision and Corporate Culture.
