Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Handle administration detail for Audit
- Response to customer requirements
- Controlling document from all department in the company
- Conduct internal audit as scheduled
- Follow up the result and findings in the audit to the relevant section
- Checking the completeness of documents for external audit
- Coordinate with related work units and ensure internal and external audits are carried out properly
- Monitoring project progress to achieve goal smoothly
- Liaising with internal teams for project related issues
- Reporting project progress to internal members
- Responsible for developing and overseeing environmental, social and corporate governance policies and procedures
- Managing General Affairs
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualification:
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Minimum D3/S1
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skill
- At least has 2 years of working experience in related field
- Good personality, creative, high integrity, an the ability to work in the team
- Willing to be located in Kabupaten Sukabumi
