As a Manager of Branch that plans, directs, monitors, and controls the marketing operational activities in the branch which include sales & distribution, logistics, and finance to support all branch office operations running smoothly, effectively, efficiently, and according to procedures and company regulations.
Job Description:
Responsible to manage all area sales operational business process in branch.
Monitor and control distribution penetration product in all channel within coverage area.
Identify detail area for improvement, develop and implement related program in order to increase branch effectivity and productivity.
Provide local marketing and promotional idea and plan to be implemented in area.
Lead the implementation of credit policy compliance as well as credit collection management in order to maintain account receivable management.
As area mentor to provide training and coaching for local sub-ordinate.
Report regularly to Regional Manager.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the Tobacco Company and 3 Year(s) as a Manager in Tobacco Company and is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Branch Operation, Sales Management, Territory Management.
Have a good knowledge of customer culture in the Tasikmalaya area and its surroundings.
Have a good leadership skill and manage people.
