Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsible :
- Responsible on managing sales operation consumer goods in Modern Trade Channel & General Trade Channel
- Responsible to achieve and increasing sales target
- Monitors and motivates sales team member
- Promotion program implementation as well as managing budget and distribution
 
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
- At least 7 years exprience on handling sales in MT channel
- Having good relation wiht Hyper / Supermarket, Mini market, other modern store
- Promotion program, stock & distribution management
- FMCG Exposure is a must
- High achiever and target oriented person
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
- Passionate on handling and motivating subordinates
- Placement in Cirebon – West Java.
