Job Description:
- Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Master and manage the assigned sales area.
- Distribute products to various potential outlets based on category.
- Effectively handle retails & projects within the area.
- Develop the market for TACO products.
- Stay updated on market trends and information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator in the building materials industry (preferred).
- Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Willing to be placed in any of TACO’s operational areas across Indonesia.
- Experience in handling retails & projects.
- Hardworking and knowledgeable about products.
