Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategies
- Maintain and increase sales growth
- Control and analyze sales reports (weekly and monthly)
- Identifying new market opportunities
- Cooperating with related parties to increase sales
- Minimum D3/ S1 any major
- Minimum 2 year experience in the same or related position
- Having good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Have good leadership skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Willing to go on a business trip and be placed/ rotates to other areas (throughout Indonesia)

This position is responsible for maintaining and increasing sales growth, and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team (from KC Softex or Distributor) in promoting and selling of KC Softex’s product. He/ She is also responsible for coordinating the daily activities of sales, creating and analyzing weekly/ monthly sales reports. Designing, implementing and evaluating strategic sales plans that expand company’s customer base, ensure it’s strong presence and also identify new market opportunities.
