Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree Department of Agriculture
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Farm Company)
- Preferably specialized in Agriculture or equivalent.
- Maximum 30 – 45 years old
- Mastering Microsoft Office
- Willing to be placed in Cirebon or other area
- Have good leadership, communication and coordination skills especially with farmers
- Hardworking, Honest, and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Able to get an area that matches the criteria desired by the company to be used as plantation / agricultural land.
- Able to give the right decision regarding the exact conditions of the surveyed location to be used as plantation land.
- Able to negotiate contracts that are mutually beneficial to both parties.
- The plantation land that has been used is capable of producing raw materials that meet the criteria desired by the company.
- There are no deviations made by the land owners, land cultivators at the time of planting or when the harvest arrives.
