We are seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the sales operations within the West Java area. You will be responsible of overseeing all operational aspects, including distribution, sales, customer service, human resources, and administration, while driving business growth across multiple channels, achieving sales and profit targets, managing budgets, and ensuring high standards of customer and employee satisfaction.

Description
- Overseeing all operational functions, including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
- Accountable for achieving targets across business channels such as GT (General Trade), MT (Modern Trade), and Food Service (Horeca).
- Developing forecasts, financial goals, and strategic business plans.
- Meeting sales and profit objectives.
- Managing delivery processes and inventory within the warehouse.
- Overseeing budget management and allocating funds effectively.
- Maximizing the potential of branch staff through training, coaching, development, and motivation.
- Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to address challenges and seize growth opportunities.
- Responding promptly to customer and employee satisfaction concerns.
- Maintaining high ethical standards and ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws.
- Building a strong network to enhance the branch’s and company’s presence and reputation.
- Monitoring competing markets and providing insights on market trends and penetration.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG distribution.
- Proven experience managing business channels such as GT (General Trade), MT (Modern Trade), and Food Service (Horeca).
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, hardworking, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
