Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Direct all operational aspects, including Distribution, Customer Service, Human Capital, Administration, and Sales
- Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation to employees
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Senior
High School
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Supervisor (in Game Centers, Theme Parks, Banks, Insurance, or the Hospitality industry)
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and digital savvy
- Ability to negotiate, communicate effectively, and lead a team
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
