1. Minimum 5 year experience as brand/marketing in FMCG company
2. Having excellent communication skill and able to work with cross functional team
3. Having a good analytical thingking in capturing insight from market and consumer data

1. Plan and execute marketing strategies and activities to achieve brand plan objectives (sales volume, market share, and profit)
2. Develop and monitor Integrated Marketing Communication (ATL, BTL, and digital) based on Annual Brand Plan
3. Manage A&P budget
4. Create new product launch with Innovation team
5. Evaluate and create monthly reports of Annual Brand Planning activities in the monthly SMAP (Sales & Marketing Activity Planning) forum
6. Analyze sales reports and performance in all regions
7. Make improvements using Improvement Management Tools, Suggestion system, CFT, etc.
