We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Business Development. This role offers an entrepreneurial opportunity where you can build your own business and earn uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities:1. Prospect and network to generate leads and build a client base.
2. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to identify clients’ insurance needs.3. Educate clients on various insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, and more.4. Customize insurance solutions to meet clients’ specific objectives and budgetary requirements.5. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide support, address concerns, and offer additional services as needed.6. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product developments to provide informed advice to clients.7. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Must follow to certifications to sell insurance products (e.g., life insurance license).
