Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and analyze trends in Modest fashion across all price segments, from lower to premium.
* Develop go-to-market strategies for new brands, including positioning, branding, and distribution planning.
* Identify opportunities for collaboration, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels (both online and offline).
* Collaborate with design, production, marketing, and retail teams to ensure strategic execution aligns with brand objectives.
* Prepare business projections, budget planning, and periodic performance reports of the new brand for management.
* Explore expansion opportunities through marketplaces, social commerce, and offline retail channels.
* Ensure the new brand remains aligned with Lozy’s core values and brand identity.
Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
* At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Brand Development, or Retail Fashion (preferably with experience in launching new brands).
* Strong understanding of the fashion industry and digital consumer behavior.
* Excellent market research and data analysis skills.
* Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
* Comfortable working across departments and has strong communication skills.
* Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
* Experience in launching new brands or products is a plus.
* Willing to be palced in Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat
