Description
- Drive the implementation and development of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program.
- Ensure the proper execution of WCM pillars and problem-solving tools in alignment with WCM Central guidelines.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement for long-term, sustainable results.
- Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance gaps, identify losses, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance employees’ proficiency in WCM tools and techniques.
- Establish and uphold best practices and standards across the plant.
- Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to WCM standards.
Profile
- Deep understanding of WCM pillars, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in process optimization, waste reduction, and problem-solving using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Ability to drive and sustain improvements in manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in methodologies like 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence leadership and shop-floor employees.
