Main Fuctions
- Processing requests and feedback from the company’s clients (live chat, outgoing calls, face-to-face meetings) about the quality of the services provided, handling objections and resolving conflict situations between service users
- Assisting riders with the registration process in mobile app, as well as supporting them in resolving order related issues, photo report checks 
- Assisting supervisor with promotional activities.

Requirements
- Strong command of English
- Customer Service/Sales experience will be a big plus
- Positive attitude, friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, CRM).
