QUALIFICATIONS
- Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc) points.
- Conduct quarterly property performance review and develop strategic and tactical
- Responsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis environmental scanning market modelling distribution yield management business mix yield management length of stay yield management inventory availability by channel pricing control and new pricing concepts
- Inspire Aman’s HODs to further embed a revenue management culture.
- Visit the properties to get first-hand knowledge of all revenue management issues and other key areas.
- Increases average rate by training employees in appropriate sales techniques on a regular basis.
- Monitor SNAP and validate that the pricing actions are consistent with both property and market conditions and escalated to the Regional Director Optimization team any concerns
- Apply an aggressive overbooking policy and educate team to accept through benefits of results achieved.
- Contributes to the planning and co-ordination of Villas/Suite housing activities by working closely with the Sales, Catering, Housekeeping and other departments
- Optimize and expand distribution partnerships
- Develops and implements strategies that support achievement of the Aman goals.
- Develops and implements process and guidelines for managing the Aman’s pricing.
- Develops the Aman forecast for rooms sold and revenue to enable maximum revenue to be obtained from the available demand.
- Monitors status regularly and adjusts strategies where appropriate.
- Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the Aman and manage day to day yield operations.
- Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
- Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
- Create and maintain a 12-month rolling demand calendar.
- Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each Aman
- Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
- Responsible for assessing, analysing and pricing group business strategiess
- Analyses overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.
- Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity
- Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
- Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.
- Ensure Aman personnel is fully competent in the use of all systems.
- Work in (liaison) with Aman sales and reservations departments as a team.

- Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, crew, groups, etc…).
- Challenge and influence Aman to improve service level and operational standards.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with reservation staff
- Prepare outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.
- Check competitor strategy on a regular basis reviewing rates and availability
- Analyses the competition for each market segment, yield from each type of business and results from distribution channels
- Analyze production statistics and yield information to identify potential new business, markets, trends and highlight findings to Sales & DBD
- Prepare and present at weekly availability meeting an outline of risks and opportunities relative to meeting room versus bedroom availability
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- Management experience: The ideal candidate needs at least 2 years in a senior operational management role, indicating responsibility in overseeing processes and teams.
- Analytical skills: Being well-organized with the ability to solve problems and think critically is crucial.
- Industry expertise: A proven track record in a similar role, especially in the luxury hotel or hospitality industry, would make the candidate more suitable.
- Personality and communication skills: The candidate should be creative, outgoing, and possess strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Language and software knowledge: Fluency in Indonesian and familiarity with IDeaS Revenue Management Software are added advantages.
