Do you have a passion for color, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to create packaging that pops off the shelves? 
As our Color & Artwork Manager, you’ll lead a talented team in developing visually stunning and technically sound packaging solutions for our FMCG products.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Be the Color Guardian: Oversee the development of colors and finishes for primary and secondary packaging, ensuring brand consistency and maximum visual impact.
- Lead Artwork Innovation: Manage the artwork development process from concept to execution, collaborating closely with marketing and suppliers.
- Drive Sustainability: Champion sustainable packaging initiatives, exploring eco-friendly materials and optimizing designs for minimal environmental impact.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain efficient color and artwork processes, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor and Develop: Guide and inspire a team of talented professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Do you have what it takes?
- 8-10 years of proven experience in packaging development, ideally within the consumer goods industry.
- A strong technical understanding of color management, printing processes, and packaging materials.
- Experience with Esko software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to sustainability.
