Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess customer needs
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Escalate unresolved queries and redirect problems to correct resources when needed
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
- Troubleshoot common issues with service
- Work with the team and other departments to find appropriate solutions to customer complaints or needs
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least a (SMA, SMK, SLTA), or equivalent
- 1 years of work experience in the freight forwarding, logistics or exim company / Fresh graduate from related university (transportation/ logistics/ exim) welcome
- Must have (basic/fluent) spoken and written (English, Bahasa Indonesia)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Multitasking and organisational skills
- Able to work between <8:30am-17:30 pm>, 5 days a week and half day on saturday
