We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Outbound/Inbound Foreman to join our Distribution Center team. This role is responsible for overseeing outbound logistics operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining smooth warehouse processes.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in outbound logistics.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing warehouse staff.
Good understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and outbound processes.
Ability to operate and supervise the use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, hand pallet trucks).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willing to work in shifts and overtime when required.
Willing to be placed in Majalengka/Rancaekek.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate outbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor picking, packing, and shipping processes to maintain efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Lead and guide warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
Conduct quality checks to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with transportation teams to schedule and dispatch shipments efficiently.
Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to warehouse management.
Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
