About the roleAre you ready to become the cornerstone of our supply chain, ensuring our customers get what they need when they need it? As a Demand Planner for large markets or Demand Planning Manager for smaller markets at Reckitt, your expertise will drive our production, purchasing, and provide invaluable insights into our supply dynamics. In this strategic role, you are the maestro of data, understanding and interpreting market trends to predict demand with precision. Your responsibilities- Establish realistic Consensus Demand Plan in collaboration with Generating Demand team.
- Establish optimum supply plan to ensure product availability at the right quantity, location and time with the optimum cost.
- Prepare required activities for monthly forecast review.
- Provide baseline and challenge Generating Demand team events uplift to obtain realistic and achievable Consensus Demand Plan.
- Identify gaps between target and Consensus Demand Plan and communicate to Marketing & Sales team for further corrective actions.
- Disaggregate Final Consensus Demand Plan into location & weekly bucket and manager demand of promotion item.
- Maintain stock level within minimum and maximum cover in each location.
- Calculate and communicate production plan and dispatch plan based on requirement.
- Analyze production capacity in medium and long terms and propose action plan to obtain optimum result.
- Maintain good communication and collaboration across relevant function to achieve business objective.
- Prepare and present timely reporting of achievement in term of demand and supply condition.
