Job Description:
Design engineers is responsible for assigned design scope from conceptual to detailed design, prototyping and design validation, and the communication between design and industrialization. Routine task includes research, CAD, technical writing, and communication with internal and external industrial partners.
1 Complete system design to satisfy specified performance and compliance requirement.
2 Gathering requirements & analysis for solution using internal and external resources.
3 CAD creation and technical writing.
4 Perform and prepare conformity check reports for fabricated parts and prototypes.
5 Performing testing, design validation and preparing compliance report.
6 Work with stakeholders to optimize design for industrialization.
7 Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth and compliance retrofit embodiment.
8 Analyze testing result and design variation and troubleshooting in production difficulty and service difficulty.
9 On time deliverable according to milestone.
10 Milestone reporting and design review with stakeholders.
11 Be proficient of DOA Design Assurance System and AHG airworthiness policy.
12 Reporting safety concerns to the Chief of Airworthiness and synthesizing corrective action.
13 Effective communication with internal and external industrial partners.
14 Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to
promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct.
15 Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.
Minimum Education: BSc or BEng in the field of:
Electronic, Electrical & Electronics, Automation and Systems Integration or equivalent Engineering programme*.
* BEM Accredited Engineering Programme, excluding Engineering Technology Programme.
Minimum Experience: 3-5 Years in system integration design and/or vehicle system integratio.
